CAR SHOW DETAILS
ON-SITE EVENT DAY REGISTRATION - TIMELINE:
4:00 PM - Registration begins and show "officially" opens to the public
6:30 PM - Registration concludes and judging begins
7:30 PM - Judging concludes
7:45 PM to 8:15 PM - Awards presentations
9:00 PM - Entrants and guests may remain on property until this time, or longer, and enjoy the wonderful Big Boy food, beverages, & deserts!!
Due to area space limits pertaining to this unique and special event, vehicle entries in each RACE CAR class may be limited to five (5) in each of the divisions or a total equivalence of twenty-five (25). Entries to all other classes are open.
REGISTRATION / POSTER / VOTING NUMBERS:
Registration entry/voting numbers will be issued on-site only! Please arrive as early as possible to receive and complete the necessary paperwork.
Dash plaques will be issued to the first 75 entries! (See entry limits paragraph below)
VEHICLE INFORMATION & VOTING NUMBER WINDSHIELD FORM / SIGNS:
Will be provided on site.

Regardless of entrants' and other guests' ages, possession and/or use of alcoholic beverages and illegal controlled substances as well as firearms and other dangerous items is forbidden on the premises of these car shows, as well as all adjacent properties!
Our Big Boy - NAPA - Berlin Raceway car shows are supported by area non-profits! These fine volunteers will be assisting us with registration, parking, and other support duties. These organizations will have "Free - Will" donation sites at the shows.
VENDOR TABLES ARE AVAILABLE:
Vendor tables with two (2) chairs are available for each show upon a minimum 30 day advance request and require an advance payment of $49.00 for each table. The number of table spaces is limited, and it is first come - first served. Please be reminded that our shows are "family friendly" events, and all vendor merchandise sales and services must be as well!
